We believe helping others is important and thus we sponsor the work of local charity group, Dharawal Publishing. The group was established to promote the language of Dharawal people, which is in danger of disappearing. Lewis Media Group’s facility is on Dharawal country.
Their latest title ‘Dharawal Bush Tucker‘ contains recipes using one or more local ingredients. The team here have had great fun cooking these at home! You can forage for many of the plants and herbs throughout the Dharawal / Sutherland Shire area. Here at our printing facility in Taren Point, we have 3 different local edible plants growing wild alongside our building!

The book was printed using our large offset printing press. The cover has had a cello glaze added for an easy to clean finish. It’s been finished with a wire bound spine, making it easy to use on a busy kitchen counter!
